Codex 015: Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn
Logan is out with Covid this week, so you know what that means: we (I) get to talk about what I've been playing lately: the Napoleonic fashion simulator (and Souls-lite) Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn. This is a real fun one because there's so few resources to go off of for Flintlock. I get into some of the cool aspects of world building and talk a bit about what makes this such an interesting game world, even though there's so little capital L lore to read.
Discussed
Gaming PCs, Call of Duty Zombies, Muskets, Souls-like games, gunpowder, gods, 19th century fantasy, hidden gods, doorways, old magic, sword and boards, double jumps, Napoleonic Fashion.
